High Rise Condos
Over the last several years, Las Vegas has been steadily going vertical. The first luxury high rise project is the Marie Antoinette, built in the 1970’s. Back then it was an anomoly for the market and considered to be a huge gamble. The high rise market really took off with the first luxury project within walking distance of the strip, Turnberry Place. Because of its huge success, many other projects were launched.
Most of the early proposed projects never came to fruition. However, many new projects were built and several are due for completion within the coming year. Here is a list of the high rise communities in Las Vegas and a map:
